If the spooler service is stopped or paused then follow the below-mentioned steps:
  • In the “Run” dialogue box, enter “Services.msc” and then select the “OK” option. 
  • Now in the next step, the “service” window will appear on your computer screen. 
  • Now select the “Print Spooler” option and ensure that it is showing “running” status. If not, then right-click the “Print Spooler” and then select the “start” to resume the Spooler service. 

Set The Printer On Default Mode:
